This day-long program is split into three streams; the first two of which focus on the strategies and programs that organizations should implement to successfully attract, manage, and retain the highly-creative and mobile technology workforce. The third stream focuses on individual technology professionals—helping you identify how to better market yourself to prospective employers and how to ensure you have what it takes to further your career.
